Population Growth in South East Queensland Australia is Forecast to Explode

The Population Growth in South East Queensland Australia has been forecast to explode in the coming years due to its attractive climate, clean environment, planned infrastructure and employment opportunities.   

Obviously investing in Property today would be a wise long term plan with the continuing increase in population causing supply and demand opportunities with obvious capital growth in the property sector.   

Brisbane will grow to the size that Melbourne is today in population which will give rise to Capital Growth and a very strong demand for Rental Property as more people move to Queensland for Jobs and Lifestyle choice.     

The Gold Coast is expected to be the first non-capital city to reach a population of 1 Million people, and Brisbane is expected to reach 3.6 Million by 2040.  So within the next 27 years there will be huge changes, where will you be in 27 years, how old will you be then?
