First Home Buyers and Renters are Winners on Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast

Corelogic data has revealed that more than a third of properties across Australia, being 33.9% are enjoying mortgage repayments that are less than the average weekly rental payments.
Most of these being approximately 20%, are located on the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
So it looks like Renters and the Youth of Australia who live on the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast will be the winners, but they must take the initiative to accept the First-Home-Buyer-Grants and divert their combined wages from cash lost in renting and convert it to home ownership.
