Billion Dollar Coomera Town Centre on the Gold Coast has begun construction

Westfield is expected to break ground in the coming weeks with major construction to begin before Christmas on the brand new billion dollar Coomera town centre.

Fences have gone up and area councillor Cameron Caldwell stated, that this is the product of nearly two decades of hard work.

Coomera is leading the city in growth and opportunity and Westfield is definitely capitalising.

The $500 Million first stage of the development was recently approved by the Gold Coast City Council after the upper-Coomera’s exit 54 was upgraded on the M1.

Property sales have been strong recently with increases of 11% Housing sector, and 19% in the Apartment sector.

Along with the Billion dollar Westfield shopping centre, a Billion Dollar Commonwealth Games Village and a $700 million dollar Pacific Fair renovation, will keep the gold coast in high regard on the property market and the employment sector.
