Australia’s, Gold Coast–Brisbane Corridor growing fast, Land prices rising, House sales up
Plans for the long-awaited Coomera Town Centre have finally been lodged with the Gold Coast City Council and the plans are quickly becoming reality, with this positive process being responsible for the surge in brand new house sales in the area.
UDIA Gold Coast president David Ransom said the lodgement of the town centre application by Westfield and QIC was a great confidence booster for buyers.
The town centre is something that people have been anticipating for about a decade, so it's welcome news that the wheels have been set into motion.
Developers had been prompted to bring forward stages of lots in several estates, with prices already showing an increase of about 5% due to the level of buyer demand.
Coomera and Pimpama are two of the strongest residential suburbs on the Gold Coast at present and are leading the entire city in growth and demand from not only Australian buyers but also very keen interest from overseas investors
Coomera's high growth and new infrastructure has inspired many investors to secure property the area due to its high growth and rental demand which is attractive because the schools, shops, accessibility to the freeway and beaches are fantastic, and the location is convenient for working families.
