Australian Property-Real Estate proves to be a Gold Mine
Australian property has proved to be a genuine Gold Mine for wise investors with long term goals, who are not just trying to get in and out for the fast buck.
There is no doubt that fast money can be won and lost in the Real Estate sector because it's all about when you get in and when you get out.
But smart investors who maintain long term objectives have proven over and over again that absolute fortunes can be made by holding firm, history has proven this point and it will continue to.
There are many ways of achieving a stable portfolio, some investors will simply build on there existing stock by using their equity and rental returns to buy more properties.
Others will constantly be turning their properties over before they reach the 10 year mark, so when the oldest property is around 7 to 10 years old and begins to need maintenance which of course incurs costs, they are replaced with a brand new property. Some investors many hold 10 to 20 homes or more at a time and they are all under 10 years old.
With every property in the portfolio being under 10 years old means that they attract full taxation depreciation deductions, they do not incur maintenance costs and of course they are all very easy to find good tenants due to their condition and age.
