Australian Government encourages international buyers

The Australian Government is encouraging international buyers to invest in Australia and is welcoming buyers with their foreign investment policy which has been developed to encourage investment in Australia.

This policy ensures that investment continues to grow and is consistent with the needs and wants of the Australian community. The Government recognises the importance of having the much needed cash injection that international investment has on the development of Australia’s real estate sector, our industry, and the resources and community.

It is encouraging that countries such as Saudi Arabia and China have taken the lead and the forsight to plan ahead and invest in Australian property with such huge transactions taking place Australia will grow even stronger in the coming years.
