Australia needs to concentrate on Agriculture-Environment not just Mining
Plenty of jobs in the future within the Agricultural Industry and Mining Sector, but we must plan ahead
Australia's history shows us to be a strong producer of clean healthy agricultural produce and we have been lucky to have an abundance of water thanks to underground water tables such as the Great Artesian Basin and our major River Systems.
But with all of the scientific evidence and the disastrous facts relating to the direct result of Fracking for Liquefied Gas and other irresponsible mining practices in the USA, the UK, and in Australia, we will end our supply of clean water and ruin our agricultural land in a few short years if we are not careful.
There is an obvious abundance of mining areas to be utilised without depleting our farming land and our water supply, and there are many jobs for our children in the future within the agricultural industry as well as in the mining sector but we will need to plan ahead and work smart, not work for short term greed…
We have an opportunity to create jobs and a future for the children of tomorrow, we should think long and hard about feeding the planet, not ruining it…
